Our Business Development Managers possess a wealth of knowledge acquired through many years of working within Iris Ceramica Group brands and the wider ceramics industry. They are a valuable resource for our partners, ensuring their relationship with us is as productive as possible. Through regular conversations, BDMs provide ongoing specialist advice and ensure each partner enjoys continued success and maximises their growth potential. Using their industry experience and the tools they have at their disposal, our BDMs understand that challenges may arise, and have the knowledge and business insight to find practical solutions.
A dedicated Customer Care Team is responsible for sales order processing and all aspects of logistics, inventory and lead-time enquiries and deliveries. They are also on hand to check availability, provide quotes and receive customer orders.
The Sales Team are based in the ICG Gallery and are responsible for assisting private clients, interior designers, architects, developers and contractors whilst visiting our showroom.
The Project Division consists of experienced Specification Managers who provide technical support and expert assistance on specification, with a focus on large UK and international projects. They also organise regular CPD sessions, seminars and events at the ICG Gallery.
